OPTIMALISASI PERAWATAN MOORING LINE GUNA MENUNJANG KESELAMATAN SANDAR DI SPOB. SEROJA 888
Abstract
This study is motivated by the importance of mooring line maintenance in supporting the safety of ship berthing operations, considering the frequent occurrence of mooring system failures due to suboptimal maintenance practices. The theoretical framework of this research refers to the concept of optimization based on management theories, the role of mooring lines as the primary ship mooring system, as well as occupational safety principles and international regulations such as SOLAS and IMO guidelines. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a post-positivism approach.
