ANALISIS KEMANDIRIAN BELAJAR DI ERA KECERDASAN BUATAN: MENGUJI PERAN DOLA AI DALAM MELAWAN KEBIASAAN CARI JAWABAN INSTAN PADA SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR
Abstract
This community service activity aims to enhance the independent learning skills of elementary school students in the era of artificial intelligence (AI) through the utilization of the Dola AI virtual assistant platform. The main issue underlying this activity is the growing phenomenon of the "shortcut mentality" among students, where generative AI technology is often misused merely to obtain instant answers without engaging in a deeper understanding of the subject matter.
The implementation methods include interactive socialization sessions on digital literacy for students and teachers, technical training on device operation, and intensive mentoring in using Dola AI as a time management and school task scheduling tool.
The results of the activity indicate a significant improvement in indicators of task discipline and students’ self-organization skills. Students who previously relied heavily on parental instructions and verbal reminders began to demonstrate personal initiative in managing their daily study schedules through the smart notification features provided by Dola AI.
Post-activity evaluation revealed a shift in students’ perception of technology—from merely a “question-answering machine” to a productivity assistant that supports the learning process. The conclusion of this activity emphasizes that directing AI utilization toward task management, rather than automatic content provision, proves effective in shielding students from the influence of instant culture and in building a foundation of independence and character from an early stage in elementary education.
