WORK-LIFE BALANCE DAN STRES KERJA PADA KARYAWAN: SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW (SLR)
Abstract
This study aims to examine the relationship between work-life balance and work stress among employees based on previous research findings. This study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The literature search was conducted through various academic literature platforms using the keywords work-life balance, work stress, and employee. The findings indicate an association between work-life balance and work stress among employees. Most studies show that better work-life balance is associated with lower levels of work stress. However, variations were also found in the direction and context of the relationship across several studies. These variations can be observed in the characteristics of respondents, types of employment, work environments, workload, and other factors examined in the studies. These findings indicate that the relationship between work-life balance and work stress needs to be understood by considering the work context and characteristics of employees.
